1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StriveForward ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StriveForward.
2. Description of Service
StriveForward is an AI-powered client communication and automation platform designed for service businesses. Our Service includes:
- AI-Powered Email Drafting: Automated generation of professional email responses with human approval required before sending
- Client Relationship Management (CRM): Centralized dashboard for managing customer profiles, communications, and history
- Payment Processing: Integration with Stripe for invoicing, deposits, and payment collection
- Calendar Management: Synchronization with Google Calendar for scheduling and bookings
- Multi-Channel Communication: Unified inbox for email, with additional channels coming soon
- Workflow Automation: Automated follow-ups, reminders, and status tracking
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account
- One account per organization unless otherwise agreed
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling any available security features. StriveForward will never ask for your password via email or phone.
4. Subscription and Payments

Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
- Annual billing is available with a discount (equivalent to 2 months free)
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Setup fees are charged upon completion of onboarding
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
5. Free Trial
- Duration: 14-day free trial with full access to features
- No Credit Card Required: You can start your trial without providing payment information
- Conversion: After the trial period, you will need to subscribe to continue using the Service
- One Trial Per Organization: Free trials are limited to one per organization
We may modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
- Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period (except under the money-back guarantee)
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us at hello@striveforward.io for a full refund of your monthly subscription fee.
Setup Fees
Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has been completed. If you cancel before onboarding is complete, we will refund a prorated portion of the setup fee based on work completed.
Data Export
Before account termination, you may request an export of your data. We will provide your data in a standard format within a reasonable timeframe.
7. User Responsibilities
By using our Service, you agree to:
- Comply with Laws: Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Accurate Data: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in the platform
- Review AI Content: Review and approve all AI-generated content before sending to recipients
- Anti-Spam Compliance: Comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable email regulations
- Customer Consent: Obtain appropriate consent from your customers for communications sent through our platform
- Protect Credentials: Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Report Issues: Promptly report any security vulnerabilities or unauthorized access
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Service to:
- Illegal Activities: Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
- Spam or Harassment: Send unsolicited bulk emails, spam, or harassing communications
- Malware: Distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Reselling: Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Violation of Rights: Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- Circumvention: Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls
- Harmful Content: Generate or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes violence
- Interference: Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account.
9. Intellectual Property
Our Property
StriveForward and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and documentation. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including customer information, communications, and business data. You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, we may use them to improve our platform without obligation to you.
10. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Important: AI-generated content requires human review. You are responsible for all communications sent through our platform.
How AI Works in Our Platform
- Our AI analyzes context and generates draft email responses
- Human approval is always required before any AI-generated content is sent
- You can edit, modify, or reject any AI suggestion
Your Responsibilities
- Review all AI-generated content for accuracy and appropriateness
- Verify that AI suggestions align with your business practices and brand voice
- You are solely responsible for all content sent to your customers
Limitations
- AI may occasionally produce errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions
- AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice
- We do not guarantee that AI suggestions will be suitable for any particular purpose
11. Third-Party Integrations
Our Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe, Google Calendar, Gmail, and others. By using these integrations:
- You agree to comply with the terms and policies of each third-party service
- We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or policies of third-party services
- Third-party integrations may be modified or discontinued
- You authorize us to access and use data from connected services as necessary to provide our Service

12. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
No Guarantee of Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service. We are not liable for any interruption, delay, or loss of data.
Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRIVEFORWARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
Maximum Liability
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StriveForward and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your customer data and communications sent through the platform
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any dispute between you and your customers
14. Termination
Termination by You
You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if:
- You violate these Terms
- You fail to pay subscription fees when due
- Your use poses a security risk or may harm other users
- Required by law or legal process
Effect of Termination
- Your right to access the Service ends immediately upon termination
- We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period (typically 30 days)
- Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination
15. Dispute Resolution
Good Faith Negotiation
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us at hello@striveforward.io and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Arbitration
Any disputes not resolved through negotiation shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
Exceptions
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for violations of intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StriveForward regarding your use of the Service. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings between you and StriveForward.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or our right to enforce it later.
19. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:
- We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changes take effect
- We will notify you via email or through the platform
- The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will be revised
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
